DIN Rail Assemblies

Save time with ASI’s prebuilt DIN rail assemblies designed to your specifications. Our service saves you from having to stock individual parts and ordering multiple components. You simply order one part, and the pre-built unit arrives ready to install.



Custom
Interface Modules

We offer a quick design and manufacturing capabilities to produce DIN rail mounted interface modules. Custom Interface Modules from ASI typically replace DIN rail mount terminal blocks as well as fused circuits, DIP Switch programmability, DIN rail mount relays, I/O modules, and more.



Custom Labels 
and Tag Printing

ASI will custom print markers and tags, which allow you to clearly identify wiring points with Alpha/Numeric markings as well as symbols, reducing both installation time and wiring errors. These tags are easily removed from card or roll and quickly attached to the holder or terminal block.



Pre-Cut 
DIN Rail

ASI stocks standard 15mm and 35mm DIN rail in standard and slotted versions. We can pre-cut your order to your exact specifications. This saves you time and waste in having to individually cut DIN rail to fit your panel.



Pre-Wired
Pendant Stations

Along with custom pendant stations, ASI can pre-wire your pendent to your specifications. These pre-wire stations feature open ends or adapters to allow quick wiring or plug and play access. Each pendant is quality tested to ensure it works as expected.
