#8 Copper Compression Lug, Non-insulated, 6 AWG

ASI 2170030, Type A3-M4, is a #8 Copper Compression Lug, non-insulated that is UL Listed for 6 AWG, can be used with a #8 stud and can be crimped with one of the many tools available from ASI. The A-M Compression Lugs are constructed with an electrolytic copper which has been heat treated or annealed to strengthen the terminal especially between the crimp and tongue. The wire barrel of this 6-gauge crimp lug has a length that is optimized for ideal crimping and the inspection hole at the end allows you to check for proper insertion of the wire. This 6 AWG Compression Lug for use with a #8 stud is tin-plated to avoid oxidation making it ideal for most environments.
