ASI 320-0008 is a Red rotary locking handle used with changeover 3 pole rotary disconnect switches. It has a yellow plate and red knob. The OFF setting is in the 12 o'clock position and the first position is at 9 o'clock and the second position is at 3 o'clock. For optimum security, it accepts up to 3 padlocks.
